Leviathan
Drawing from the progressive metal masters such as
Dream Theater,
early
Queensryche,
and later-period
Fates Warning,
Colorado's Leviathan forged a successful mid-level career in the 90's,
releasing a trio of well-received classic prog metal albums, though
they never really made the big time.
Dormant for most of the new millennium, they have reunited in 2010 and
have released a comeback album in 2011.
