Obsession

Like many an 80's up-and-coming metal band, Obsession parlayed a Metal Massacre appearance into a recording career, with an EP and two albums before vanishing. Lead singer Mike Vescera quickly moved on to greener pastures, singing for Yngwie Malmsteen and Loudness as well as doing some solo work. Eventually he had the itch to reform Obsession, and that came about in 2003, with original drummer Jay Mezias also on board. A new lineup recorded Carnival Of Lies in 2006, and another modified lineup put out Order Of Chaos in 2012.
