Konkhra

Konkhra is one of the elder statesmen of Danish death metal, forming in 1989 and releasing a string albums in the nineties and beyond, with an often fluid lineup surrounding mainman Anders Lundemark. Their high water mark is most likely 1997's Weed Out The Week, featuring noted death metal guitarist James Murphy. As of this writing the band is still active, though they have been laying low as of late.
