Into Eternity
Into Eternity represents a breath of fresh air in the metal
scene, a band that manages to forge an original sound while
still maintaining a solid traditional metal foundation.
Musically, they are best described as very heavy, intricate
power metal, with occasional technical flourishes and not
without a great deal of groove and crunch.
Vocally, they blend two disparate styles, which is where
much of their originality comes from, with the primary
vocals being clear, often harmonized voices that would be
at home on any progressive metal album, but there are other
vocals that are near hardcore/death in style and intensity.
Their ability to harness several varying influences and
maintain a focused sound is remarkable, resulting in this
being the kind of album that prog, power,
and even death metal fans can appreciate.
Into Eternity is one of the most promising new bands to
emerge in some time.
