Head On Collision

More retro thrash, this time from St. Louis. Ritual Sacrifice is slightly more in the early Slayer vein, or maybe Kreator, rather than early Metallica or Exodus cloning like a lot of these bands have been doing for the last couple of years. As everyone knows, this stuff was all invented a long time ago and these new bands are really paying homage to their influences rather than stretching any boundaries, but Head On Collision, like many of their contemporaries, are still fun to listen to. As of this writing guitarist/vocalist Pat McCauley is the only member of the band, as the others left or were asked to leave due to various commitment issues. A second album has been in the works for awhile, and McCauley may well record it himself.
