Flames

One of Greece's earliest metal bands, Flames were quite popular in their homeland and Europe in the mid-eighties, and had a pretty successful recording career, with four albums in the eighties and two more in the nineties. Style-wise, they were solidly thrash, with the early material more along the lines of Germanic thrash such as Sodom.
