Though they toured frequently, Crisis kept a rather low profile after The Hollowing's release in 1997. In late 2001, they abruptly decided to change name to Skullsick Nation (according to a news source, this was done because they "have become a completely different band"), but then reversed themselves a year later by declaring that the name Crisis was back. Finally, in December 2003 came the news that they had signed with The End Records, and the long-awaited new album, Like Sheep Led To Slaughter was released in May 2004. They later declared themselves on indefinite hiatus, which at this point appears to be a permanent breakup.
