Saint  

Saint was one of the better-known Christian bands of the eighties, based primarily on arguably their best-known work, 1986's Time's End, a decidedly Judas Priest-sounding affair due to the excellent Halfordesque vocals of Josh Kramer. The somewhat similar Too Late For Living followed, and then the band folded. In the late nineties a revamped lineup, minus Kramer, reformed and released The Perfect Life, which apparently is not very similar to their early work, being alternately described as "garage rock" or simply more radio-friendly hard rock. Finally, mainman Richard Lynch teamed up with Kramer once again, and in early 2004 a new lineup released In The Battle, a return to the Priest-inspired metal of their classic years.
