Platitude

As evidenced on Nine (the second of three albums by ths Swedish band), Platitude was squarely in the melodic progressive metal camp, opting for a more relaxed style than some prog bands that tend to flaunt their musicianship a bit too much. Ultimately they never broke from the pack and disbanded in 2008.
