Pissing Razors

Boasting one of the stranger names in metal, Pissing Razors debuted in 1996 with the rare independently-released Psycho Punko Metal Groove before signing to Noise Records a couple of years later, the band going on to record a total of six studio albums plus a live effort. Musically they were squarely in the camp of modern, aggressive post-thrash metal (think Pantera and early Machine Head), a style popularized in the late nineties and beyond. After recording quite steadily for several years, all has been quiet on the band front, with only the news that then-guitarist Matt DiFabio had left the band in late 2003. With no word from the band in over two years, they may be done.
