Mannhai

Finnish stoner rockers Mannhai were formed in 1999 by
guitarist Ilkka Laaksomaa and
former
Amorphis
bassst Olli-Pekka Laine, and by 2001 had recorded
their first album, followed by
Evil Under The Sun
in 2002.
Evil is a classic stoner rockfest, with thick
meaty riffs, gritty vocals, and a general style
influenced by bands such as
Spiritual Beggars,
Fu Manchu, and
maybe a touch of later-period
Entombed.
Nicely done.
