Loupgarou

Brutal is the first of two 1997 releases by the obscure band
Loupgarou, a Florida outfit of which information is rather hard
to come by.
Their style straddles the
line between hard rock and power metal, accessible yet not
commercial, with mid-tempo driving rhythms and fine midrange vocals.
Probably only of real interest to local fans,
though in fact with some more exposure this would
appeal to many metal fans.
Apparently the band is still around and (as they say) working on
new material.
