Oakland death/gore maestros Impaled have been plying their trade for a few years now, having formed in 1995 and releasing the odd single along with several albums. Frankly it's hard to take a band that writes songs such as "Feces Of Death" or "With Shit I Am Adorned" seriously, but they have their moments and there clearly is an audience, albeit limited, for this style.
