HavocHate

Formed in the late nineties by guitarist Freddy Ordine,
HavocHate have released two albums in the new millennium,
with a couple of lineups, more recently featuring long-time
Testament
bassist Greg Christian.
The style on
Cycle Of Pain (the group's second, 2005 effort)
might best be described as a
cross between traditional power/thrash metal and the aggressive,
Pantera-esque style
of the mid-to-late nineties.
Tim Bouchee is quite a find -- his voice is forceful and
powerful, but his style is more aligned with classic 80's
vocals rather than the hardcore/death style more prevalent
these days.
For some reason this band appears to be flying under most people's
radar -- these guys are quite good and, though not quite as
trendy as many current American thrash fans, are deserving of
recognition.
