Geezer

Geezer (or g//z/r, as it appeared on the first album), is of
course the project led by legendary
Black Sabbath
bassist Geezer, and quite an interesting project it is --
interesting in that Butler chose not to simply rehash old
Sabbath glories, but instead came up with music that is
undeniably 90's metal, as heavy as can be, but not derivative
or chasing the current fad.
The group was quiet for several years following 1997's
Black Science album, but Geezer has indeed put out a new album,
Ohmwork, in 2005.
