Bruce Dickinson  


Solo careers are often variable at best, and Bruce's early solo efforts attracted the usual mild interest from Iron Maiden fanatics but but really didn't generate a lot of fanfare. Accident Of Birth changed all that, garnering extensive critical and fan appreciation (as evidence by a strong Internet Top Ten showing), and Chemical Wedding proved to be a more than capable followup. Now, of course, he's back in Maiden, and though that's where his priorities lie, he does continue to record as a solo artist, with his latest album, Tyranny Of Souls, released in May 2005.
