D.R.I.

Largely a punk band, especially in the early years, DRI (which, of course, stands for Dirty Rotten Imbeciles) influenced many an 80's thrash band and their brand of thrash/punk/hardcore metal remains popular to this day. They are also creators of perhaps the coolest logo in the business. They haven't recorded in several years but continue to tour.
