Circle Of Elements
Circle Of Elements played a unique brand of progressive power metal
that doesn't really sound like anyone else.
Part of the uniqueness owes to Bernd Brand's vocals -- he has
a low-to-midrange voice (similar, perhaps, to Liege Lord's
vocalists) that conveys power and strength -- quite effective.
They broke up in the fall of 1996.
