Bottom

Bottom, the one-time all-female stoner rock trio, released a pair
of fine albums in 1999 and 2001, with a sound occasionally
reminiscient of the usual suspects
(
Fu Manchu)
but more often leaning towards heavy grunge
(if a comparison
to another female band must be made, the vote here is for
L7).
The band kept a rather low profile after that, eventually
releasing
you'rNext, reportedly a much more experimental album.
By 2005 the band had transformed, no longer an all-female band,
with the rhythm section of Nila and Clementine departing and
guitarist/vocalist Sila recruiting an all-new lineup to continue
making the rounds.
